DarioHealth Corp. (DRIO:NASDAQ) announced the launch of Dario Women and Dario Sleep, expanding its provider-backed cardiometabolic platform into women's health and sleep. The programs combine AI-powered engagement, behavioral support, and access to licensed healthcare providers within Dario's integrated healthcare platform.
Both programs are expected to roll out to the company's Fortune 500 and other clients in fall 2026. Recurring revenue contribution per engaged member per month for the digital health platform is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, while revenue from provider-backed care services is anticipated at the end of 2026 and into the beginning of 2027.
Dario said the offerings were introduced as demand from large enterprise payers for multi-condition solutions continued to rise and single-point offerings were phased out. The company said the programs expanded the indications supported by its platform while extending its participation in reimbursement-driven healthcare services.
"Dario continues to execute on our strategy of integrating provider-backed care throughout our expanding chronic condition platform," Chief Executive Officer Erez Raphael said in the company news release. "Women's health and sleep represent significant opportunities to improve cardiometabolic outcomes while expanding the value we deliver to employers, health plans, and members."
Dario Women was developed in-house and is native to Dario's solution. The program supports members navigating perimenopause and menopause, which the company described as life stages frequently associated with weight changes, sleep disruption, metabolic changes, and increased cardiometabolic risk. The release stated that one in three women develops metabolic syndrome during the menopause transition.
The program combines AI-powered engagement, personalized human-led behavioral coaching, and access to licensed healthcare providers. Eligible members may receive a clinical evaluation for hormone replacement therapy when medically appropriate, following a comprehensive clinical assessment conducted in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines and applicable regulations.
Dario Sleep addresses obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA. According to the release, published research has shown that untreated OSA patients incur approximately 2.5 times higher annual healthcare costs than individuals without OSA. Cardiometabolic patients with OSA generate approximately 50% higher annual medical costs, representing an average increase of more than US$6,185 per member per year.
Eligible members in Dario Sleep can complete a one-night, clinical-grade home sleep test, with real-time data transmitted directly to licensed healthcare providers for evaluation. Providers determine treatment pathways based on individual clinical needs, which may include positional therapy, oral appliance therapy, CPAP therapy, or GLP-1 treatment when clinically appropriate.
"Our goal is to connect members with the right care through one coordinated experience," Chief Operating Officer Lara Dodo said in the company news release. "By integrating AI-powered engagement, behavioral coaching, and provider-backed clinical care within one platform, we help members access appropriate treatment while giving employers and health plans a more comprehensive solution for managing interconnected chronic conditions."
Members enrolled in Dario Women and Dario Sleep continue through the company's integrated healthcare platform, which combines connected devices, AI-powered insights, personalized coaching, and provider-backed clinical care across diabetes, hypertension, weight management, ergonomic posture, behavioral health, women's health, and sleep.
AI Adoption and Commercial Execution Drew Analyst Attention
Analysts covering DarioHealth and the broader digital health sector focused on the company's commercial pipeline, B2B2C revenue conversion, and use of artificial intelligence while maintaining positive ratings on the company.
ThinkEquity analyst Ashok Kumar maintained a Buy rating and a 12-month price target of US$12.00 in a July 27 research update. Kumar's investment thesis included the conversion of approximately US$12.9 million in contracted and late-stage annual recurring revenue into recognized B2B2C sales. He wrote that "high recurring margins can create operating leverage" as programs activate.
Kumar projected DarioHealth revenue of US$25 million for 2026 and US$33 million for 2027. His outlook assumed a resumption of B2B2C growth, maintenance of the company's approximately 80% company-defined non-GAAP margin, and a shift toward recurring revenue as the primary contributor to gross profit.
Among the milestones identified by Kumar was third-quarter B2B2C revenue exceeding US$3 million and increasing at least 10% sequentially, followed by another increase in the fourth quarter. He also cited the planned fall 2026 launch of a Fortune 50 cardiometabolic program covering more than 100,000 eligible employees, with revenue contribution expected by year-end. Other milestones included the execution of a major channel partnership and at least one national payer extension.
"Visible commercial conversion and improving cash use through the third-quarter report would strengthen the base case and support confidence in the rating and target," Kumar wrote.
Stifel Managing Director David M. Grossman addressed the broader digital health market in a July 5 report. The firm's Digital Health Index increased 11% during the week, while the Bloomberg 2000 Growth Index was flat. Over the preceding 90 days, Stifel reported a 56% increase for its Digital Health Index compared with a 19% gain for the broader growth benchmark, an outperformance of approximately 3,700 basis points.
Stifel described trading during the holiday-shortened week as "largely driven by sentiment surrounding AI announcements (+/-), rotation out of semiconductors (+), and company-specific news (+/-)." The report also showed higher valuation multiples in digital health, with the Virtual Care and Remote Patient Monitoring group trading at 2.4 times next-12-month enterprise value-to-revenue as of July 2, up from 1.5 times 90 days earlier.
Artificial intelligence use in healthcare was another area addressed by Stifel. Citing survey data, the firm reported that "roughly three in ten adults self-reported turning to social media (31%) or AI chatbots (29%) at least monthly for health information and advice." For respondents using AI, "wanting quick or immediate advice (65%)" was the most frequently cited reason, while many respondents said they consulted AI before determining whether to seek care from a healthcare provider.
Within its DarioHealth coverage, Stifel highlighted the company's expanded relationship with a national health plan, strategic collaboration with Beluga Health, and appointment of former Humana Chief Compliance Officer Sean O'Reilly to its advisory board. The firm maintained a Buy rating and US$7.28 price target on DarioHealth.
CG Capital also maintained a positive rating following DarioHealth's first-quarter results. In a May 13 research update, the firm reiterated an Outperform rating and US$28.00 price target, citing a second consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth, reduced operating expenses, expansion of the commercial pipeline, and additional customers. CG Capital also noted approximately US$13 million in contracted and late-stage business moving through implementation.
The firm cited early DarioIQ results showing as much as a 40% improvement in member retention and as much as a 57% increase in active sessions compared with a control group. In separate research published May 12, CG Capital described DarioHealth as having consolidated "four formerly separate digital health businesses (diabetes, hypertension, MSK, behavioral health) onto a single technology and commercial chassis under the DarioIQ AI architecture."
CG Capital said the resulting platform addressed more than six chronic conditions through a single member experience and cited more than 100 peer-reviewed studies supporting the platform.
Provider-Backed Care, Commercial Pipeline, and AI Expansion
Dario's July 2026 investor presentation identified provider-backed care as an expansion from digital engagement into clinical intervention. The company said the model connected monitoring and AI-driven engagement with detection, prediction, and treatment, including connections with clinicians for treatment, prescriptions, and diagnostics. Its provider-backed infrastructure included a 50-state provider network, prescribing capability, diagnostic testing, and escalation from AI to clinicians. The presentation identified an Integrated Delivery Network total addressable market of US$1.4 billion to US$2.2 billion, more than US$900 billion in Medicaid managed care spending, and 14.3 million ACO Medicare beneficiaries.
The presentation also identified approximately US$12.9 million in new business that was contracted and in late-stage annual recurring revenue, along with a pipeline of more than US$127 million in commercial opportunities. Approximately 70% of new wins were multi-condition, and Dario reported more than 160 clients, including Fortune 100 employers and national health plans. Multi-year B2B2C and B2B contracts had a 90% client retention rate, while the company's bundled offering for up to six or more conditions was priced at US$74 per engaged member per month. The financial and customer metrics were stated as of March 31, 2026.
Dario's multi-condition platform covered cardiometabolic, behavioral health, and musculoskeletal care. The presentation showed the platform expanding in 2026 to women's mid-life metabolic health and clinical interventions through Beluga Health, following the addition of GLP-1 support and sleep apnea condition management, direct care, and behavioral health network capabilities through partnerships in 2025.
The company also identified AI implementation as an operational work stream. Dario said it was leveraging more than 13 billion proprietary patient data points to build out clinical services and support user navigation. Its DarioIQ AI engine was described as operating on the company's data and personalizing content, timing, and communication channels at the member level. The presentation reported a 40% increase in member engagement and a 20% improvement in member retention versus a control group.
AI was also being used across product, data, clinical operations, support, and finance, as well as for backlog analysis, code generation, testing, release readiness, client reporting, and member engagement. The presentation identified 10% to 15% operating expense improvements from AI implementation.
