Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (RHT:TSX.V; RQHTF:OTCQB) added three new medical practices to its customer base, it announced in a news release. Now with its recently developed implementations team, the company expects to accelerate signing up additional clients during the next quarter.
The three recently landed clients, all based in Laredo, Tex., expand Reliq's footprint in that state and add more than 6,000 billable patients to the company's iUGO Care platform. This system incorporates "wearables, sensors, voice technology and intuitive mobile apps and desktop user interfaces for patients, clinicians and healthcare administrators" to support care coordination and community-based healthcare, the release noted.
Reliq also reported that some of its existing clients confirmed they successfully billed and were reimbursed by Medicaid this quarter, "demonstrating that our new eligibility screening tools are effective and that our services are covered by the updated Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services billing codes," CEO Dr. Lisa Crossley said in the release.[NLINSERT]
